The invention provides a method for breaking a pile head of a cast-in-place pile, and relates to the technical field of cast-in-place pile construction. The method aims at solving the problem that anexisting cast-in-place pile head breaking method is mainly completed through manpower. The method for breaking the pile head of the cast-in-place pile comprises the following steps that concrete in acast-in-place pile head reinforcement cage is isolated from the reinforcement cage, and therefore a pile core is obtained; the pile core is cut off from the designed height of the cast-in-place pile and hoisted out; and residual concrete on the pile head is broken through a hydraulic clamp, and the reinforcement cage is exposed. According to the method, the whole construction process is mainly completed through mechanical equipment, the construction cost (the manpower cost) is greatly reduced, and the construction efficiency is also improved.
本发明是针对现有的灌注桩破桩头主要依靠人力完成的问题，提供一种灌注桩破桩头的方法，涉及灌注桩施工技术领域。一种灌注桩破桩头的方法，包括以下步骤：将灌注桩桩头钢筋笼内的混凝土与钢筋笼隔离，从而得到桩芯；从灌注桩设计高度处将上述桩芯截断，吊出；用液压钳破除桩头上的剩余混泥土，露出钢筋笼。本方法整个施工过程主要依靠机械设备完成，大大降低了施工成本(人力成本)，也提高了施工效率。
