The invention discloses a basement bottom and surrounding underground water drainage method and structure. Drainage blind ditches which are crossed longitudinally and transversely are formed in the periphery and the bottom of a basement, water collecting wells are arranged at the longitudinal and transverse crossed points to temporarily collect water from the drainage blind ditches and then guidethe water to dewatering wells positioned at the four corners of an outer wall of the basement, the water in the dewatering wells is pumped to a water storage sedimentation tank on the outdoor ground through submersible pumps in the dewatering wells, and the water obtained after sedimentation is used as construction water to be reused. According to the basement bottom and surrounding underground water drainage method and structure, the problem of drainage during foundation pit construction is effectively solved, the construction speed is increased, construction wastewater is converted into reclaimed water for comprehensive utilization of water resources, the operation of saving water and reducing the construction cost is achieved, the underground water pressure is reduced, the leakage riskof a basement bottom plate and the basement outer wall is avoided, and the engineering quality is ensured.
