The device comprises a segmental beam, a track, a first vehicle body, a second vehicle body and an outer wall forming device, a beam through groove is formed in the middle of the segmental beam in a penetrating mode. A first jacking mechanism is arranged at the top of the first vehicle body; a through groove forming device is fixedly mounted at the top of the second vehicle body; the through groove forming device comprises a top surface forming assembly, two groups of first inclined surface forming assemblies, two groups of second inclined surface forming assemblies, two groups of third inclined surface forming assemblies and a second lifting mechanism; the outer wall forming device comprises a bottom face forming assembly and two outer wall inclined face forming assemblies. The two outer wall slope forming assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the bottom face forming assembly in the vertical direction, each formwork can be accurately adjusted through the device, enough prestressed force can be appliedin multiple directions, and the quality of products produced by equipment is improved.
