Dredging device for mortar conveying pipeline
The invention provides a dredging device for a mortar conveying pipeline. The dredging device comprises a trolley chassis, a supporting ring plate, a protective cover, a rotating shaft, detection blocks, pressure sensing modules, nozzles, electric push rods, scraping plates and a rolling brush, wherein the detection blocks are fixedly connected to the positions, located on the outer sides of detection shells, of the tops of movable rods; and the push rod tops of the electric push rods are fixedly connected with the scraping plates extending to the outer sides of scraping shells, and the rolling brush is fixedly connected to the position, located on the right sides of the scraping shells, of the outer side of the rotating shaft in a sleeving mode. According to the dredging device for the mortar conveying pipeline, the trolley chassis automatically advances in the pipeline for dredging, so that a long mortar conveying pipeline does not need to be completely detached, and time and labor are saved; when the detection blocks detect that residual blockages exist on the inner wall of the pipeline in front, a water pump is started, and water is sprayed through the nozzles, so that the residuals are softened and removed; and the electric push rods are started to enable the scraping plates to extend outwards for scraping, and the rolling brush carries out cleaning and finishing work, sothat water resources are greatly saved, and meanwhile, the dredging distance of the dredging device is prolonged.
