The invention relates to an adjusting device and floor installation equipment. The adjusting device includes an installing flange, a rotating shaft, an eccentric wheel, a reset mechanism and a grabbing mechanism, wherein the installing flange is used for being connected with mechanical arms of the equipment. The rotating shaft and the installing flange are rotationally connected. The eccentric wheel is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft. The reset mechanism is fixed to the installing flange, and provided with an elastic unit which is in abutting connection with the eccentric wheel. The grabbing mechanism is used for grabbing floor, and fixedly connected with the rotating shaft. The adjusting device can perform self-adaptive adjustment on the angle deviation of to-be-installed floor, sothat tenons and mortises of two floors can be closely combined. After installing of the floor is completed, the reset mechanism can also force the rotating shaft, the eccentric wheel and the grabbingmechanism to return to the initial position, so that installing of next floor is facilitated.

The invention relates to an adjusting device and floor installation equipment.
