FLOOR SLAB INSTALLATION DEVICE AND FLOOR SLAB INSTALLATION METHOD
To provide a floor slab installation device and a floor slab installation method that take safety into more consideration.SOLUTION: A floor slab installation device 40 to install a floor slab 30 of a bridge 80 has a frame body part 42 having four legs 42A erected to a substantially vertical direction and whole shape becoming a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape and a ceiling long-sized beam 14 supported by the frame body part 42 and penetrating the frame body part 42 to a substantially horizontal direction and extending. Both end parts of the ceiling long-sized beam 14 become two cantilever overhang parts 14A, 14B. The ceiling long-sized beam 14 is provided with a transportation mechanism 16 movable between the cantilever overhang parts 14A, 14B in the state that the floor slab 30 is supported. Between lower parts with each other of two legs 42A that locate the adjacent sides forming side surfaces in the substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape among four legs 42A and locate the ceiling long-sized beam 14 therebetween, leg connection members 44 to connect the lower parts with each other are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
【課題】安全性により配慮した床版設置装置および床版設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】橋梁80の床版30を設置する床版設置装置40であって、略鉛直方向に立設している4つの脚部42Aを有して全体の形状が略直方体形状となっているフレーム本体部42と、フレーム本体部42に支持されていてフレーム本体部42を略水平方向に貫いて延びる天井長尺梁14と、を有し、天井長尺梁14の両端部は2つの片持ち張り出し部14A、14Bとなっており、天井長尺梁14には、床版30を支持した状態で、片持ち張り出し部14A、14B間を移動可能な運搬機構16が設けられており、4つの脚部42Aのうち、前記略直方体形状における側面を形成する隣り合う側辺に位置していて天井長尺梁14が間に位置する2つの脚部42Aの下部同士の間には、当該下部同士を連結する脚部連結部材44が設けられている。【選択図】図16
