The construction method comprises the following steps of: S1, dividing a construction area; S2, dismantling an old plastic runway, and cleaning the foundation; S3, inserting a plurality of marker posts, detecting the levelness among the marker posts, adjusting the marker posts of which the levelness does notmeet the requirement, and repeating the steps; S4, calculating the use amounts of a curing adhesive and a rubber particle material, and weighing and uniformly stirring the curing adhesive and the rubber particle material in proportion; S5, coating the surface of the foundation with a waterproof primer; S6, coating the surface of the waterproof primer with a bonding glue; S7, laying the evenly-stirred rubber base material on the foundation, and meanwhile observing the scale of the marker posts to enable the runway thickness to meet the design requirement; S8, mixing finish paint and EPDM rubber particles and evenly spraying the mixture on the surface of the rubber base layer; S9, calculating temperature change and scale change, and marking lines according to a standard; and S10, detectingthe marker lines. The method has the effects of improving the construction quality and prolonging the service life of the runway.
