Steel and concrete combined bent cap and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to a steel and concrete combined bent cap and a manufacturing method thereof. The combined bent cap is installed at the top end of a bridge pier and comprises a first module anda second module which are connected up and down, the first module comprises at least one steel beam, the second module is a concrete block, anchor bolts are arranged at the bottom of the first module,the first module and the second module are connected into a whole through the anchor bolts, and the bottom of the second module is connected with the bridge pier. Compared with like products in the prior art, the combined bent cap of the invention has the following advantages: the self-weight of the bent cap is greatly reduced, the tensile property of steel is far higher than that of concrete, the overall strength of the bent cap under the action of bending moment is enhanced, the stress performance of a bent cap hogging moment area is obviously improved, the requirements for the strength, rigidity, stability and the like of the bent cap can be met, and transportation, hoisting and construction are facilitated.
本发明涉及一种钢和混凝土组合盖梁及其制作方法,安装在桥墩的顶端,包括上下连接的第一模块和第二模块,所述的第一模块包括至少一根钢梁,所述的第二模块为混凝土块,所述的第一模块底部设有锚栓,第一模块通过锚栓与第二模块连接为一个整体,第二模块的底部连接桥墩。与现有技术相比,本发明自重得到了较大减轻,同时钢材的抗拉性能远强于混凝土,增强了盖梁在弯矩作用下的整体强度,明显改善了盖梁负弯矩区的受力性能,使其既能满足盖梁强度、刚度和稳定性等方面的要求,又方便运输,吊装以及施工。
