The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete combined bent cap adopting a corrugated steel shell. The combined bent cap comprises a bent cap shell and a stress unit, the corrugated steel shell is adopted for the bent cap shell and the stress unit, a plurality of through prestressed ducts are arranged in the bent cap shell, all the prestressed ducts penetrate through the stress unit, and through prestressed tendons are arranged in all the prestressed ducts; and welding studs are arranged on the portions, except for the bottom plate, of the shell of the stress unit. The invention further discloses an assembling method of the prefabricated concrete combined bent cap adopting the corrugated steel shell. The method mainly comprises the steps that: the bent cap shell is erected on site, then the stress unit is arranged in the bent cap shell, tensioning and anchoring of the prestressed tendons are conducted, and finally concrete is poured. According to the method, the large bent cap is partitioned, the problem that the bent cap is inconvenient to transport and hoist is solved, risks possibly encountered in the existing construction technology are reduced, and the safety in the construction process is improved.
本发明公开了采用波纹钢壳的预制混凝土组合盖梁,包括:盖梁壳体,受力单元,盖梁壳体和受力单元采用波纹钢壳,盖梁壳体的内部设有多条贯通的预应力孔道,预应力孔道均穿过受力单元,预应力孔道内部均设有贯通的预应力筋;受力单元的外壳除了底板之外的部分均设有焊钉。本发明还公开了采用波纹钢壳的预制混凝土组合盖梁的拼装方法,主要是在现场架设所述盖梁壳体,然后将受力单元置于盖梁壳体内部,再进行预应力筋的张拉和锚固,最后浇筑混凝土。本发明将大型的盖梁进行分块,避免盖梁运输、吊装不便的问题,并且降低现有施工技术中可能遇到的风险,提高施工过程中的安全性。
