The invention relates to the technical field of door and window waterproofing, in particular to a multiple waterproof skylight structure. The multiple waterproof skylight structure comprises a lower frame body and an upper frame body, wherein the upper frame body is rotatably arranged at the upper end of the lower frame body; a through hole is formed in the lower frame body; a glass body is embedded in the position, corresponding to the through hole, of the upper frame body; the right ends of the upper frame body and the lower frame body are rotatably connected through a rotary hinge; installation grooves are formed in the lower end faces of the upper frame body; a rubber ring is arranged in each installation groove in a matched mode; pressing bulges are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the installation grooves, of the upper end of the lower frame body; and the pressing bulges abut against the rubber rings, so that the primary sealing of the upper frame body and the lower frame body is achieved. According to the multiple waterproof skylight structure, multiple waterproof structures are arranged to overcome shortcomings in the prior art as well as improve the waterproof performance of a skylight; and moreover, a handle structure of the multiple waterproof skylight structure is retractable, so that the corrosion rate of parts is lowered, and the appearance of the wholestructure is improved.
