According to the skylight waterproof structure and the construction method, a flow guide plate is adopted to replace an existing sealant, one wide edge of an upper flow guide plate covers an upper vertical plate in a lap joint mode, and the other wide edge of the upper flow guide plate is arranged below a rain shielding part. 本发明公开了一种天窗防水结构及施工方法，本发明采用导流板替代现有的密封胶，上导流板其中一条宽边搭接覆盖在上竖向板上，另一条宽边设置于遮雨部下方。使上竖向板与屋面板的相接处的水流经过导流板导流至屋面板上，从而避免了雨水浸泡密封胶。导流板不仅具有使用寿命长，不宜损坏生锈，不需频繁进行更换的优点，并且能够在钢结构安装天窗或通风装置的同时顺便安装，操作简单方便。
