本发明公开了一种瓷餐具高温色釉及其制造方法;所述瓷餐具高温色釉包括按照重量份计的如下组份:钾长石30‑40份、石英25‑35份、碳酸钙12‑18份、白云石2‑5份、煅烧滑石2‑3份、煅烧氧化锌1‑3份、高岭土4‑8份、硅酸锆2‑12份。本发明采用钾长石代替钠长石,可以提高釉水始熔温度,增加了釉水烧成范围,其配方中的碳酸钙、熔块调节剂都有助于色料发色,而硅酸锆有助于釉面平整,并且无机色料均是采用金属氧化物所制成,其耐热强度远高于着色剂,不会发生釉面变浅现象。
