Novel concrete anti-cracking waterproof durable additive and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a novel concrete anti-cracking waterproof durable additive and a preparation method thereof. The additive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 2-3 parts of a coupling agent; 40 to 60 parts of attapulgite powder; 10 to 15 parts of dicumyl peroxide; 3-6 parts of sodium pyrophosphate; 5 to 11 parts of a low-temperature curing accelerator (W-1106); and 40-55 parts of modified fibers, wherein the coupling agent is an organic chromium complex and is powder with the particle size of 50-80 meshes; the granularity of the attapulgite powder is 1500 to 2000 meshes; the particle size of the dicumyl peroxide is 20 to 50 meshes; the granularity of the sodium pyrophosphate is 50-100 meshes; the granularity of the low-temperature curing accelerator (W-1106) is 600to 800 meshes; and the length of the modified fibers is 6-12 mm, and the diameter of the modified fibers is 15-20 [mu]m. According to the invention, the crack resistance and the structural self-waterproofing performance of the concrete can be greatly improved, the durability such as freeze thawing resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, splitting tensile strength, axial tensile strength and bending strength of the concrete can be synchronously improved, and the effect is remarkable.
本发明涉及一种新型混凝土抗裂防水耐久的添加剂及其制备方法,添加剂的组成成分按质量份计为:偶联剂2‑3份;凹凸棒粉40‑60份;过氧化二异丙苯10‑15份;焦磷酸钠3‑6份;低温固化促进剂(W‑1106)5‑11份;改性纤维40‑55份,其中,偶联剂为有机铬络合物,为粒度50‑80目之间的粉末状;凹凸棒粉的粒度为1500‑2000目;过氧化二异丙苯的粒度为20‑50目;焦磷酸钠粒度为50‑100目;低温固化促进剂(W‑1106)粒度为600‑800目;改性纤维,其长度为6‑12mm,直径为15‑20um。本发明可大幅度提高混凝土抗裂性能及结构自防水性能、且能同步提高混凝土抗冻融、抗冲磨、耐腐蚀、劈拉、轴拉、抗弯强度等耐久性能,效果显著。
