The invention discloses an in-vehicle emergency unlocking device. The in-vehicle emergency unlocking device comprises a shell, wherein a panel assembly is arranged on the front of the shell, a cable plate capable of rotating is arranged in the shell, a handle is arranged on the cable plate, a stop hook capable of rotating is arranged in the shell, grooves matched with the tail end of the stop hookare formed in the cable plate, and the handle drives the cable plate to rotate, so that the tail end of the stop hook enters and exits from the grooves to achieve locking and unlocking on the cable plate. According to the in-vehicle emergency unlocking device, through the cooperation of the stop hook and the grooves, quick limiting on the cable plate is achieved, the cable plate can be controlledwithout the assistance of complicated electromagnetic elements, and therefore, the in-vehicle emergency unlocking device is simple, convenient to operate and better conforms to the ergonomics.
