Porous silicon nitride filtering ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses porous silicon nitride filtering ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The method specifically comprises the following steps: putting polyurethane foam into a NaOH solutionhaving the mass fraction of 10-40% and heated to 40-60 DEG C, soaking for 0.5-2 h, taking out, repeatedly rubbing to remove fascia in the polyurethane foam, and flushing with a proper amount of deionized water to obtain an organic precursor; preparing 60-100 parts by weight of silicon nitride, 0.1-2 parts by weight of carboxymethyl cellulose, 1-6 parts by weight of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) and 1-10 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, dissolving carboxymethyl cellulose in a deionized water bath, taking absolute ethyl alcohol as a solvent, and uniformly mixing by ball milling toobtain ceramic slurry; and taking an organic precursor as a template, repeatedly dipping the ceramic slurry for multiple times, hanging the slurry, extruding to enable the slurry to be uniform, drying and sintering. The porous silicon nitride filtering ceramic prepared by the method is controllable in porosity and pore size, relatively high in porosity and uniform in pore distribution.
本发明公开了一种多孔氮化硅过滤陶瓷及其制备方法,该方法具体如下:将聚氨酯泡沫放在质量分数为10~40%、加热至40~60℃的NaOH溶液中浸泡0.5~2h,取出后反复揉搓去除聚氨酯泡沫里的筋膜,用适量去离子水冲洗,即得有机前驱体;按重量份配置60~100份氮化硅、0.1~2份羧甲基纤维素、1~6份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、1~10份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,其中羧甲基纤维素用去离子水水浴溶解,以无水乙醇为溶剂,通过球磨混合均匀,得到陶瓷浆料;以有机前驱体为模板,反复多次浸渍陶瓷浆料,进行挂浆,通过挤压使得浆料均匀,干燥后烧结。该方法制备的多孔氮化硅过滤陶瓷气孔率和孔径大小可控,气孔率较高,气孔分布均匀。
