Porous silicon nitride ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a porous silicon nitride ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of silicon nitride powder, 3-9 parts of glycerol, 4-6 parts of a sintering aid, 5-9 parts of a binder, 6-8 parts of polystyrene, 3-7 parts of polyvinyl butyral, 2-4 parts of aluminum oxide, 3-6 parts of a pore-forming agent, 3-5 parts of melamine, 4-8 parts of a dispersing agent, 3-7 parts of formaldehyde, 4-8 parts of defoaming agent, and 5-9 parts of Ethyl orthosilicate. Through the arrangement of glycerin andpolyvinyl butyral, the shrinkage rates of the materials are close to the same, so that the ceramic is prevented from cracking, the quality of the ceramic is improved, and when the ceramic materials are mixed, the shrinkage rates of the materials are close to those of the materials, so that the quality of the ceramic is improved. When the ceramic material is subject to blending, the dissolving effect among the materials is improved through the dispersing agent, so that the sintering effect of the ceramic is improved.
