The invention belongs to the technical field of silicon nitride porous ceramics, and particularly relates to a silicon nitride porous ceramic material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that silicon nitride powder, a pore-forming agent and a surfactant are weighed respectively, wet grinding, even mixing and drying are conducted, and raw material powder is obtained; preparing the raw material powder into ceramic slurry, performing injection molding, and drying to obtain a green body; the blank is heated, pores are formed in the blank, then sintering is conducted, and the silicon nitride porous ceramic material is obtained.The porosity of the silicon nitride porous ceramic material prepared through the preparation method of the silicon nitride porous ceramic material ranges from 58.3% to 65.2%, and the bending strength ranges from 21.8 MPa to 26.7 MPa; the pore-forming agent is heated to a certain temperature to be decomposed to generate gas, so that the formation of pores is promoted, the effect of a sintering aid is also achieved, and the mechanical strength of the ceramic material can also be improved; the preparation method of the silicon nitride porous ceramic material improves the porosity and mechanical strength of the ceramic material.
本发明属于氮化硅多孔陶瓷技术领域,具体是涉及到一种氮化硅多孔陶瓷材料及制备方法,制备方法包括以下步骤:分别称取氮化硅粉、成孔剂和表面活性剂,湿磨,混匀,干燥,得原料粉;将原料粉制成陶瓷浆,注模成型,干燥,得生胚;将生胚加热,内部形成孔隙,再烧结,得氮化硅多孔陶瓷材料,本发明提供的氮化硅多孔陶瓷材料的制备方法制得的氮化硅多孔陶瓷材料的气孔率为58.3%‑65.2%,抗弯强度为21.8‑26.7MPa;成孔剂加热到一定温度分解产生气体,促进气孔的形成的同时,也起到的烧结助剂的作用,也能够提高陶瓷材料的机械强度;本氮化硅多孔陶瓷材料的制备方法提高了陶瓷材料的气孔率和机械强度。
