The invention discloses a leftover material self-processing macadam cement stable base construction method which comprises the following steps: purchasing granite leftover materials, and processing the leftover materials by using a stone carving machine, so that the leftover materials meet design and specification requirements; before mixing, the mixer is fully debugged; feeding is conducted according to the mix proportion design requirement, the mixture is conveyed into a stirring bin through a belt conveyor from a stock bin. Meanwhile, water is added according to the mix proportion requirement, and the mixture is conveyed into a storage bin through the belt conveyor to wait for charging after being stirred; the dump truck transports the stirred mixture, and slowly pours the mixture to the paver under the command of a specially-assigned person to perform paving operation; paving the mixed material through a paver, and rolling the paved and shaped mixed material through a rolling machine, so as to finish the paving of the cement stabilized macadam layer; the granite leftover materials are purchased and self-processed into the gravels through the stone carving machine, so that the construction requirement is met, and the adverse effect on engineering caused by price rise of the gravels is avoided.
