The invention relates to the technical field of pile foundation construction, in particular to a construction method of a building pile foundation. The method comprises the following steps of S1, drilling a pile hole; S2, sinking a steel reinforcement cage; S3, pouring concrete slurry till the concrete slurry is spilled from an opening of the pile hole; S4, striking off the concrete slurry; and S5, adopting a rigid object for sealing the opening of the pile hole, wherein the concrete slurry is prepared from, by mass, 100 parts of silicate cement, 180-200 parts of coarse aggregates, 220-250 parts of fine aggregates, 10-12 parts of a concrete expansive material, 5-8 parts of niobium pentoxide and 90-110 parts of water. The method has the effects that the pile body is stable in soil and therefore the stability of the pile foundation is high.
