The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a construction method of a building pile foundation. The construction method includes the following steps of (1)alignment measurement; (2) excavation of an installing hole; (3) installation of a protective sleeve; (4) drilling; (5) hole cleaning; (6) hoisting and placement of a steel reinforcement cage; and (7) pouring of cement mortar, wherein the cement mortar comprises the following components including, by mass, 50-65 parts of cement, 15-20 parts of water, 60-80 parts of coarse aggregate, 30-45 parts of fine aggregate, 1-3 parts of borax, 0.5-1 part of zirconium oxychloride, and 0.1-0.2 part of ammonium molybdate. By means of the construction method of the building pile foundation, the effect of reducing influence, on the compressive strength of a pile foundation, of moisture in a pile foundation hole is achieved.
