The invention relates to cloud porcelain wall cloth. The cloud porcelain wall cloth comprises water-based adhesives, fiberglass cloth and water-based cloud enamel, wherein the water-based adhesives comprise A components and B components, the A components include epoxy resin, deionized water, silica powder, alkyl hydroxyl ammonium salt and polyether siloxane copolymer, and the B components includealiphatic amine, glacial acetic acid, deionized water and amino diethoxy silane; the water-based cloud enamel comprises C components and D components, the mass ratio of the C components and the D components is 1:10, the C components include isocyanate and dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether, and the D components include polycarbonate, titanium dioxide, silica powder, deionized water, polyether dimethylsilane, alkyl hydroxyl ammonium salt, silicone polyether and propanediol butyl ether. The invention further discloses a manufacturing process of the cloud porcelain wall cloth.
