Heat preservation concrete wall board and preparing method thereof
The invention discloses a heat preservation concrete wall board and a preparing method thereof. The heat preservation concrete wall board comprises a concrete layer and a heat preservation layer. Theheat preservation concrete wall board is structurally characterized in that a reinforcing body and holes penetrating in the thickness direction of the concrete layer are arranged in the concrete layer, connecting rods penetrating through the holes are arranged on the heat preservation layer, and the connecting rod and the heat preservation layer are integrally formed; and the heat preservation layer is made of a heat preservation paste material formed by mixing cement, smashed ceramic particles and corm leaf fibers, wherein the the corn leaf fibers account for 20%-30%, the cement accounts for50%-60%, and the smashed ceramic particles account for 10%-30%. The heat preservation concrete wall board and the preparing method thereof have the advantages that the corn leaf fibers are mixed withthe cement and the smashed ceramic particles to form the heat preservation layer, the heat preservation layer and the concrete layer are combined, and then the heat preservation effect is achieved; and furthermore, the reinforcing body is arranged in the concrete layer, and the integral strength of the concrete layer can be improved; and besides, the cost of the corn leaf fibers is low, and thus the overall cost can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种保温混凝墙板及其制备方法,包括混凝土层和保温层,其结构要点在于,混凝土层内设有加强体和沿混凝土层的厚度贯穿的孔洞,所述的保温层上设有穿过孔洞的连杆,连杆与保温层一体成型;所述的保温层由水泥、碎陶瓷颗粒和玉米叶子纤维混合组成的保温泥料制成,其中玉米叶子纤维的含量为20%~30%,水泥的含量为50%~60%,碎陶瓷颗粒的含量为10%~30%;本发明的有益效果是:将玉米叶子纤维与水泥和碎陶瓷颗粒进行混合形成保温层,并将保温层与混凝土层结合后,具有保温效果,并且在混凝土层内设置了加强体,能够增加混凝土层的整体强度,并且玉米叶子纤维的成本交底,从而能够降低整体的成本。
