The invention discloses a concrete heat preservation wall. The concrete heat preservation wall comprises a wall body, wherein the wall body is a concrete block wall body; a concrete block comprises a block body; a convex rib is arranged on the upper end surface of the block body; a groove matched with the convex rib is formed in the lower end surface of the block body; through holes are symmetrically formed in the block body; heat preservation plates are arranged in the through holes; a grouting hole is formed in the middle of the block body; and mounting holes are symmetrically formed in two sides of the block body. The concrete heat preservation wall is high in structural strength, excellent in heat preservation performance, low in cost and convenient to construct.
