The embodiment of the invention discloses a fiber cement plate and a preparation method thereof, the fiber cement plate comprises two outer plate bodies and an inner plate body, and the contact surface between the inner plate body and the outer plate bodies forms a sawtooth surface. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing inner plate body materials, then putting the mixture into a mold so that an inner plate prefabricated body is formed after initial setting, mixing outer plate body materials, then putting the mixture into a mold to form an outer plate prefabricated body, directlypressing one sawtooth face of the inner plate prefabricated body on the outer plate prefabricated body, pouring an outer plate body material with a through hole on the other sawtooth face of the inner plate prefabricated body, after initial setting, matching the inner plate prefabricated body and the outer plate prefabricated bodies bonded to the two sides of the inner plate prefabricated body toform a prefabricated plate body, precuring the prefabricated slab body, taking out it, filling the through holes with the outer plate body material, and then curing to obtain the fiber cement plate.By introducing the modified material and combining adjustment of the in-mold forming and curing process, the effect of simultaneously improving the physical and chemical properties such as the coagulation efficiency and the strength of the concrete is achieved.
本发明实施例公开了一种纤维水泥板及其制备方法，纤维水泥板包括两块外板体，以及内板体，内板体和外板体之间的接触面形成为锯齿面。制备方法包括：将内板体材料混合后入模，待初凝后形成内板预制体；将外板体材料混合后入模，形成为外板预制体，将内板预制体的其中一个锯齿面直接压制于外板预制体上；向内板预制体的另一个锯齿面上浇筑具有贯通孔的外板体材料，待初凝后，内板预制体和粘结于内板预制体两侧的外板预制体配合形成为预制板体；将预制板体经过预养护后取出，将贯通孔中填充外板体材料后，进行养护，得到纤维水泥板。本发明通过改性材料的引入，结合入模成型和养护过程的调整，实现了同时提高其凝结效率和强度等理化性能的效果。
