The invention relates to the field of refractory material preparation, particularly to an oxide-coated modified homogenized bauxite castable, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of homogenized bauxite, 23-35 parts of brown fused alumina, 5-8 parts of silicon carbide, 8-15 parts of spinel powder rich in aluminum and magnesium, 6-10 parts of alumina micro-powder, 2-5 parts of pure calcium aluminate cement, 1.5-9.5 parts of silicon nitride, 1-3 parts of silicon powder, 0.1-0.5 part of aluminum powder, 1-3 parts of silicon dioxide micro-powder, 0.05-0.12 part of organic fiber, 2-4 parts of graphite, 0.5-3 parts of Carbores P, 0.2-0.5 part of a water reducing agent, 3-9 parts of water and 3-5 parts of a nano aluminum hydroxide sol suspension (calculated as a dry material amount) used as a coating material. According to the invention, the erosion and permeation of molten steel and slag components to a material are reduced, and the service life of the castable is prolonged.
