Homogenized alumina-based aluminum-magnesium castable and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of refractory materials, specifically to a homogenized alumina-based aluminum-magnesium castable and a preparation method thereof. The homogenized alumina-based aluminum-magnesium castable is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of homogenized alumina, 6-10 parts of brown fused alumina fine powder, 4-8 parts of magnesia fine powder, 1-3 parts of silicon dioxide micro-powder, 1-5 parts of bimodal active aluminum oxide micro-powder, 0.5-1 part of an antioxidant, 0.1-0.2 part of a superplasticizer and 3-5 parts of water. According to the homogenized alumina-based aluminum-magnesium castable developed by the invention, the homogenized alumina is adopted to replace traditional products like a high-bauxite-content clinker and fused alumina, and calcium oxide is doped to modify the homogenized alumina, so a calcium aluminate protective shell layer is formed on the surface of the homogenized alumina in situ in a high-temperature use environment, and the high-temperature melt corrosion resistance of the castable is improved.
本发明涉及耐火材料领域,尤其涉及一种均化矾土基铝镁浇注料及其制备方法,由以下重量份数的原料配制而成:均化矾土60~80份,棕刚玉细分6~10份,镁砂细粉4~8份、二氧化硅微粉1~3份、双峰活性氧化铝微粉1~5份、抗氧化剂0.5~1份、和高效减水剂0.1~0.2份、水3~5份。本发明研制的均化矾土基铝镁浇注料是采用均化矾土替代传统的高铝矾土熟料和电熔刚玉等产品,利用氧化钙掺杂改性均化矾土在高温使用环境中表面原位形成铝酸钙保护壳层,提高材料抗高温熔体蚀损性能。
