The invention provides a tundish working lining dry material. The problem that the amorphous dry material for the continuous casting tundish is linearly excessively expanded under the medium-high temperature condition is solved. The tundish working lining dry material is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 75%-85% of refractory raw ore, 3%-10% of aggregate particles and 0.5%-5% of a composite additive. Aiming at the characteristics and the working conditions of the tundish dry material working lining under the medium-high temperature condition, thegranularity of the refractory raw ore material is finely selected through experiments; according to the linear change characteristic of the conventional magnesian, siliceous or magnesian-siliceous drymaterial along with the temperature rising process, the adding proportion corresponding to the specific granularity is determined through experiments, micro-expansion of the dry material under the medium-high temperature condition is kept through physical and chemical reactions under the medium-high temperature condition, and the risks of strand separation and ladle collapse of the amorphous tundish working lining under the medium-high temperature condition are basically avoided.
本发明提出了一种中间包工作衬干式料,解决了解决连铸中间包用不定型干式料在中高温条件下线膨胀过大的问题,一种中间包工作衬干式料,其特征在于,包含以下重量百分比的原料:耐火原矿75%~85%、骨料颗粒3%~10%、复合添加剂0.5%‑5%,本发明针对中间包干式料工作衬在中高温条件下的特性与工作条件,通过实验精选耐火原矿材料粒度,根据目前常规镁质、硅质或者镁硅质干式料自身随温度升高过程的线变化特性,实验确定特定粒度对应的添加比例,利用其中高温条件下物理、化学反应,保持干式料中高温条件下的微膨胀,基本解决不定型中间包工作衬在中高温条件下的离股、塌包风险。
