Carbon-carbon composite material adhesive, preparation method and adhesion method
The invention discloses a carbon-carbon composite material adhesive, a preparation method and an adhesion method. The carbon-carbon composite material adhesive is prepared by mixing 25-30% by volume of borosilicate ceramic, 35-50% by volume of carbon powder and 20-35% by volume of formaldehyde solution. The borosilicate ceramic is prepared from organic resin, boron carbide, silicon dioxide, an organic solvent and sodium hydroxide, based on the total volume of the borosilicate ceramic, the borosilicate ceramic comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-30% of organic resin, 15-25% of boron carbide, 20-30% of silicon dioxide, 35-45% of organic solvent and 5-10% of sodium hydroxide. The adhesion method comprises the following steps of polishing to-be-bonded surfaces of the two carbon-carbon composite materials, coating a binder, drying in a drying oven, and carrying out high-temperature treatment in a high-temperature vacuum induction furnace. According to the carbon-carbon composite material adhesive and the adhesion method thereof, the bonding surface of the carbon-carbon composite material can reach a certain atom combination, the adhesion strength is ensured, andvarious excellent performances of the carbon-carbon composite material can be basically not influenced.
本发明公开了一种碳碳复合材料粘接剂及制备方法和粘结方法,该碳碳复合材料粘接剂,由体积百分比25~30%硼硅陶瓷,体积百分比35~50%碳粉及20~35%甲醛溶液混合制得。所述硼硅陶瓷包括由有机树脂、碳化硼、二氧化硅、有机溶剂和氢氧化钠制成,基于所述硼硅陶瓷的总体积计算,质量体积比为15~30%的有机树脂、15~25%的碳化硼、20~30%的二氧化硅、35~45%的有机溶剂和5~10%的氢氧化钠。所述粘结方法包括对两碳碳复合材料的待粘接面进行打磨,涂覆粘结剂,烘箱烘干和高温真空感应炉高温处理步骤。该碳碳复合材料粘接剂及其粘结方法,可使碳碳复合材料的粘接面到达一定的原子结合,保证粘接强度,更能保证碳碳复合材料的各种优越性能基本不受影响。
