Amino acrylate salt type polymer ceramic peptizer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of ceramic fine chemical engineering, particularly to an amino acrylate salt type polymer ceramic peptizer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing and stirring an amino acrylate salt type monomer or a monomer solution, (methyl) acrylate, a reducing agent solution and water to obtain a mixed solution I; and (2) adding an initiator solution into the mixed solution I in a dropwise manner while stirring, carrying out a free radical polymerization at 70-90 DEG C, and adding a chain terminator solution to obtain the amido acrylate salt type polymer peptizer. The polymer peptizer is used for ceramic slurry, has the characteristics of strong water quality adaptability, good peptizing effect, small thixotropy, good fluidity and the like, and has a wide application prospect in ceramic reuse water utilization.
本发明涉及陶瓷精细化工领域,特别涉及一种胺基丙烯酸酯盐型聚合物陶瓷解胶剂及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将胺基丙烯酸酯盐型单体或该单体溶液与(甲基)丙烯酸盐、还原剂溶液和水混合搅拌均匀,得到混合液Ⅰ;(2)在搅拌下将引发剂溶液滴加到混合液Ⅰ中,在70~90℃下通过自由基聚合反应后加入链终止剂溶液,得到胺基丙烯酸酯盐型聚合物解胶剂。该聚合物解胶剂用于陶瓷泥浆,具有水质适应性强、解胶效果好、触变小、流动性好等特点,对陶瓷回用水利用具有广阔的应用前景。
