The device comprises a machine body, wherein a feeding cavity with an upward opening is formed in the machine body, a moving cavity communicated with the feeding cavity is formed in the left side of the feeding cavity, a sealing mechanism is arranged in the moving cavity, a first rectangular groove is formed below the moving cavity, a belt wheel cavity is formed in the rear side of the first rectangular groove, an air entraining cavity is formed below the first rectangular groove, a sliding groove communicated with the feeding cavity is formed in the right side of the feeding cavity, a cam cavity is formed in the right side of the sliding groove, a discharging mechanism is arranged between the camcavity and the sliding groove, a second rectangular groove is formed above the cam cavity, a crushing cavity communicated with the feeding cavity and the air entraining cavity is formed below the feeding cavity, a crushing mechanism is arranged in the crushing cavity, a melting cavity communicated with the crushing cavity is formed below the crushing cavity, a melting mechanism is arranged in themelting cavity, a liquid storage cavity communicated with the melting cavity is formed below the melting cavity, and a purification mechanism is arranged on the left side of the liquid storage cavity.
