The invention relates to the field of road construction, and particularly relates to an asphalt melting device for road construction. The device comprises a shell, wherein a feeding hopper is arrangedat the top of the shell; a crushing mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the feeding hopper; a melting box is arranged on the lower side of the crushing mechanism; the melting box is connectedwith the shell through a supporting mechanism; and a damping base is arranged at the bottom of the shell. According to the invention, the crushing mechanism is arranged, so that asphalt blocks can becrushed, the weight of the asphalt blocks is reduced, the damage to the device is reduced, the melting of asphalt blocks can be accelerated at the same time, and the machining efficiency of the deviceis improved; through the arrangement of a discharging mechanism, the quantity of asphalt blocks entering the melting box can be controlled, the situation that the asphalt blocks cannot be completelymelted due to excessive discharging is avoided, and the quality of finished products is guaranteed; by arranging a driving mechanism, the discharging mechanism can be controlled, a rotating rod can bedriven to rotate, and a stirring rod on the rotating rod can enable raw materials to be heated evenly in the melting process.
