Bridge stay cable heat insulation and fire resistance protection structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a construction method of a bridge stay cable heat insulation and fire resistance protection structure. The construction method comprises steps that (1) a surface of a stay cable sheath is pretreated; (2) a fiber composite material wrapping tape is laminated and wound on a surface of the stay cable sheath, and in the winding process, if the fiber composite material wrappingtape needs to be spliced, splicing is completed in a laminating and bonding manner, and winding is performed roll by roll till the fiber composite material wrapping tape covers a target height to obtain a fiber composite material wrapping layer; and (3) a surface of the fiber composite material wrapping layer is coated with a waterproof sealing weather-proof layer to obtain the stay cable heat insulation and fire resistance protection structure. Compared with the prior art, the construction method is advantaged in that the fiber composite material is used for carrying out heat insulation andfire resistance protection of the bridge stay cable, so the fiber composite material wrapping tape ensures good heat insulation performance, reduces material consumption, reduces cost, is convenient to construct, is tightly combined with an original structure, and is excellent in waterproof and anti-corrosion performance.
本发明涉及桥梁斜拉索隔热抗火防护结构的施工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)对斜拉索护套表面进行预处理;(2)将纤维复合材料缠包带叠压缠绕于斜拉索护套表面,缠绕过程中,若纤维复合材料缠包带需要续接时,采用叠压粘接的方式完成续接,逐卷缠绕直至覆盖至目标高度,得到纤维复合材料缠包层;(3)在纤维复合材料缠包层表面涂覆防水密封耐候层,得到斜拉索隔热抗火防护结构。与现有技术相比,本发明利用纤维复合材料对桥梁斜拉索进行隔热抗火防护,使纤维复合材料缠包带保证良好隔热性能的同时,减少材料用量,降低成本,且便于施工,与原有结构紧密结合,防水、防腐性能优异。
