Multistage anti-impact energy-consuming bridge limiter
The invention discloses a multistage anti-impact energy-consuming bridge limiter, and relates to the field of bridge earthquake resistance. The bridge limiter comprises a connecting rod, a return spring and a cylinder body; the cylinder body is arranged on a connecting channel steel seat, and a gas compensation cavity and a shear thickening fluid are arranged in the cylinder body, wherein the gascompensation cavity and the shear thickening fluid are distributed at the left end and the right end in the cylinder body respectively; the reset spring penetrates through the gas compensation cavity,one end of the reset spring is arranged on the cylinder cover of the cylinder body, the other end of the reset spring is arranged on a piston rod, the piston rod is installed on a connecting rod, andthe connecting rod extends out of the cylinder body; and the piston rod is arranged in the shear thickening fluid. Compared with a traditional bridge limiter, the bridge limiter of the invention hasthe following advantages: the defect that the limiting mode of the traditional bridge limiter is single is overcome; and limiting stoppers are arranged on the two sides of a shock isolator, the cylinder body of the shock isolator is filled with the shear thickening fluid, and the piston rod moves in the cylinder body under the impact load to generate the shear thickening effect, so the anti-impactand energy-consuming functions are achieved.
本发明公开了一种多级抗冲耗能桥梁限位器,涉及桥梁抗震领域,包括连接杆、复位弹簧和缸体;所述缸体设置在连接槽钢座上,缸体内设置有气体补偿腔和剪切增稠液,其中,气体补偿腔和剪切增稠液分布分别占据缸体内的左右两端;所述复位弹簧穿过气体补偿腔,复位弹簧一端设置在缸体的缸盖上,另一端设置在活塞杆上,所述活塞杆安装在连接杆上,连接杆延伸出缸体;所述活塞杆置于剪切增稠液内。与传统的桥梁限位器相比,本发明克服了传统的桥梁限位器限位方式单一的缺陷,通过在隔震器的两侧设置限位器,其缸体内填充剪切增稠液,在冲击荷载下活塞杆在缸体内运动产生剪切增稠效应,具有抗冲和耗能的功能。
