The invention relates to a barge-mounted pipe device of a cutter suction dredger. The device comprises a lifting frame, a barge-mounted pipe winch, a barge-mounted pipe, two pulley sets, a bent pipe rotary support base, a rotary support, a first fixed eye plate, a second fixed eye plate, and a fixed rope. The lifting frame and the barge-mounted pipe winch are both welded on a ship deck; the barge-mounted pipe is mounted on the side wall of the lifting frame through the rotary support; a steel wire rope on the barge-mounted pipe winch is fixed on a lug plate of the lifting frame after penetrating through the two pulley sets in sequence; and the fixed rope is connected between the two fixed eye plates. A mounting method of the invention comprises eight steps. The device is skillful in structural design and convenient to operate. The switching of barge-mounting from the cutter suction dredger to a barge can be quickly finished according to different construction requirements so as to successfully complete the conveying task of excavated sediments and stones. The conveying capacity of the cutter suction dredger is expanded; and the working cost of excavating the sediments and stones bythe cutter suction dredger is reduced.
本发明涉及一种绞吸挖泥船的装驳管装置，它包括起吊架、装驳管绞车、装驳管、两个滑轮组、弯管旋转支撑座、旋转支撑、第一固定眼板、第二固定眼板及固定索。所述起吊架和装驳管绞车均焊接在船体甲板上，所述装驳管通过旋转支撑安装在起吊架的侧壁上，装驳管绞车上的钢丝绳依次穿过两个滑轮组后固定在起吊架的耳板上，所述固定索连接在两个固定眼板之间。本发明的安装方法包括8个步骤。本发明结构设计巧妙，操作方便。可以针对不同的施工要求，快速完成绞吸挖泥船到驳船装驳的切换，圆满完成对所挖掘的泥沙、石块的输送任务。拓展了绞吸挖泥船的输送能力，降低了绞吸挖泥船挖掘泥沙、石块的工作成本。
