Large cutter suction dredger barge loading system and debugging method
The invention discloses a large cutter suction dredger barge loading system and a debugging method. The barge loading system is composed of a plurality of barge loading devices, wherein each barge loading device comprises a lifting hydraulic winch, a plurality of drain pipes, a hydraulic locking device and a hydraulic oil cylinder, the lifting hydraulic winch controls the drain pipes to lift through a lifting steel rope and a pulley, and the hydraulic locking device drives two locking clamping plates to move up and down through one hydraulic oil cylinder to achieve the locking function. A barge loading device lifting test method comprises the steps of step 1, putting a steel rope on the top of each drain pipe and hanging the steel rope through a deck crane so as to provide guarantee in thelifting process of the drain pipe; step 2, unlocking the locking protection of the drain pipes; step 3, manually dismounting turnbuckles at the tops of the drain pipes; step 4, retracting the oil cylinder of the hydraulic locking device; and 5, operating a lifting winch of the drain pipes, and controlling the drain pipes to ascend and descend within the designed inclination angle range. The construction quality and efficiency of the barge loading system are improved, and the mounting quality and stability are facilitated.
本发明公开一种大型绞吸式挖泥船装驳系统及调试方法,所述的装驳系统由多个装驳装置组成;每个装驳装置包括:升降液压绞车、多个排泄管、液压锁止装置、液压油缸,所述的升降液压绞车通过起重钢绳和滑轮控制排泄管的起升,液压锁止装置由一个液压油缸带动两块锁止卡板上下运动而实现锁止功能;所述的装驳装置升降试验的方法,包括:步骤1、在排泄管顶部套钢绳并用甲板吊机挂住,以期在排泄管升降过程中提供保障;步骤2、解除排泄管的锁止保护;步骤3、人工拆下排泄管顶部的花兰螺丝;步骤4、缩进液压锁止装置的油缸;步骤5、运行排泄管的起升绞车,控制排泄管在设计倾角范围内升降。提高装驳系统的建造质量和效率,利于安装质量和稳定性。
