The invention belongs to the technical field of ship equipment, and discloses a cutter suction dredger reamer beam mounting method which comprises the steps that before a reamer beam is mounted in a mounting groove in the tail of a dredger body, the reamer beam is sequentially divided into a first section and a second section in the horizontal direction, the first section is the end, close to the tail of the ship body, of the reamer beam, the bottom face of the first section is arranged to be a horizontal plane, and the bottom face of the second section is arranged to be an inclined plane; a sandbox type steel pier is detachably installed on the bottom face of the first section, a supporting pipe is welded to the bottom face of the second section, and a gantry stool combined frame is fixedly installed at the bottom of the supporting pipe; and a carrying trolley is moved to the bottom of the reamer beam, the reamer beam is jacked through the carrying trolley, and the carrying trolley carries the reamer beam to the mounting groove in the tail of the ship body for mounting. According to the mounting method, the reamer beam can be accurately and stably mounted in the mounting groove in the tail of the ship body.
