The invention provides a shunting device and a rainwater shunting treatment system. The shunting device comprises an accommodating chamber, a parameter measuring module, a first conveying part, a second conveying part and a control module, wherein the accommodating chamber is used for accommodating fluid therein; the parameter measuring module is arranged in the accommodating chamber and used formeasuring characteristic parameters of the fluid; the first conveying part is connected with the accommodating chamber and used for allowing the fluid with a first parameter value to be output to outside of the accommodating chamber; the second conveying part is connected with the accommodating chamber and used for allowing the fluid with a second parameter value to be output to outside of the accommodating chamber; and the control module is in communication connection with the parameter measuring module, the first conveying part and the second conveying part, and used for receiving the characteristic parameters and controlling the conveying parts on the basis of a comparison judgment result of the characteristic parameters and a preset standard value. Either the first conveying part or the second conveying part can be selected for outputting according to attribute characteristics of the fluid, and selective shunting of the fluid is realized. By means of the embodiment, polluted rainwater can be treated, and meanwhile, over-treatment for clear water can be avoided.
