Rainwater diversion device used for metal roof and metal roof
The invention relates to a drainage connecting technology for metal roofs and provides a rainwater diversion device used for a metal roof and the metal roof. The rainwater diversion device is providedwith a front end drainage part. The front end drainage part comprises a diversion bottom plate, a drainage plate, multiple hollow pillars and multiple first connecting structures. The diversion bottom plate is arranged on the upper side of a roof plate of the metal roof. The drainage plate upwards extends out from the diversion bottom plate, and therefore water flowing from the front side of thediversion bottom plate flows to one side or two sides of the diversion bottom plate. The multiple hollow pillars upwards extend out from the diversion bottom plate and are located on the front side ofthe drainage plate. Each of the multiple first connecting structures is installed on the correspondingly arranged hollow pillar, and therefore the diversion bottom plate can be installed on the roofplate. Due to the fact that the shape of the front end drainage part is changed and the connecting manner of the front end drainage part and the pressure type metal roof plate is changed, the phenomenon that a large number of connecting nails are exposed out of a base of a pressure type roof in the prior art is thoroughly solved, no connecting nail is exposed out of the periphery of the base, potential hazards of water leakage of nail holes are thoroughly eliminated, corrosion of the connecting nails is thoroughly eliminated, and in addition, the outer surface of the metal roof is attractive.
本发明涉及金属屋面的引流连接技术,提供了一种用于金属屋面的雨水分流装置及金属屋面。具有前端引流部,前端引流部包括:分流底板,分流底板设置于金属屋面的屋面板的上侧;引流板,从分流底板向上延伸出,以使从分流底板前侧流过来的水流向分流底板的一侧或两侧;多个空心柱,从分流底板向上延伸出,且位于引流板的前侧;和多个第一连接结构,每个第一连接结构安装于一个对应设置的空心柱,以将分流底板安装于屋面板。通过改变前端引流部的形状以及其与压型金属屋面板的连接方式,彻底解决现有技术压型屋面基座外露大量连接钉的现象,可使基座四周没有任何外露的连接钉存在,彻底消除钉孔漏水隐患和消除连接钉锈蚀,且使金属屋面外表面美观。
