The invention discloses a device for preventing slurry leakage of the root of a concrete aluminum formwork and a construction method thereof. The device comprises a transverse main component, a slurrystopping plate, a steel squeezing plate and a longitudinal main panel. The transverse main component is perpendicular to the longitudinal main panel and is detachably connected to the upper end of the inner side of the longitudinal main panel. The slurry stopping plate is arranged on the inner face of an aluminum mold, and the steel squeezing plate is arranged between the slurry stopping plate and the longitudinal main panel. The slurry stopping plate is made from a ductile material, the longitudinal main panel and the steel squeezing plate are fixed to exert fastening force to the slurry stopping plate, and a groove for containing an aluminum mold vertical frame is formed in the transversely main component. According to the device, the problem of slurry leakage can be effectively controlled, and therefore the problems of voids and pits, bottom corrosion, bubbles and the like are avoided to a certain degree.
