The invention provides a formwork for preventing slurry leakage in the concrete pouring process. The formwork comprises a spliced combined formwork panel, wherein elastic inflation pipe networks are arranged at adjacent splicing seams of the spliced combined formwork panel through internal groove structures; a U-shaped sealing groove structure is arranged on the periphery of the side wall of the spliced combined formwork panel, and a U-shaped elastic inflation pipe is arranged inside the U-shaped sealing groove structure in a matched mode. Grooves with appropriate sizes are formed in the joint surface of the combined formwork and the lap joint surface of a bottom opening of the formwork, high-elasticity latex hoses are arranged inside the grooves, and the good expansion performance of the high-elasticity latex hoses filled with compressed air is utilized so as to achieve the purposes of sealing a slurry leakage path and preventing slurry leakage of the joint surface or the bottom opening of the formwork in the concrete pouring process.
