DECORATIVE PLATE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic-based decorative plate that has a good coating performance and appearance and has a sufficient suitability to an extreme low-humidity environment while ensuring a sufficient non-combustibility.SOLUTION: Provided is a decorative plate that comprises a sheet making gypsum board as the substrate and in which the surface of the substrate is polishing- and impregnation sealer-treated, and that has an organic coating layer comprising an anchor coat layer and a top coat layer in this order on the surface of the substrate, and characterized in that: (a) the anchor coat layer is surface polished and the coating thickness is 5 to 120 μm; (b) the coating thickness of the top coat layer is 5 to 40 μm; and (c) the coating thickness of the organic coating layer comprising anchor coat layer and top coat layer is 140 μm or less.
【課題】十分な不燃性を確保しつつ、塗膜性能及び外観が良好で、極端な低湿度の環境に対して十分な適性を有する窯業系化粧板の提供。【解決手段】抄造石膏板を基板とし、該基板の表面は研磨処理及び含浸シーラー処理されてなり、該基板の表面の上に下塗り層及び上塗り層を、この順で有する有機塗膜層を有し、（ａ）下塗り層が、表面研磨され、その膜厚が５〜１２０μｍ、（ｂ）上塗り層の膜厚が５〜４０μｍ、（ｃ）下塗り層と上塗り層とからなる有機塗膜層の膜厚が１４０μｍ以下であることを特徴とする化粧板。【選択図】なし
