The invention provides an anticorrosive quick-drying cement-based waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof, the cement-based waterproof coating is composed of a liquid material and a powdermaterial, and the mass ratio of the liquid material to the powder material is 1: 0.8-1; wherein the liquid material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3%-15% of water, 30%-45%of a water-based polymer emulsion, 30%-45% of emulsified asphalt, 1%-5% of an emulsifier, 0.1%-1.5% of a dispersing agent, 0.1%-1.5% of a preservative, 0.1%-1.5% of a defoaming agent and 0.5%-1.0% ofa functional thickener. The powder material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20%-40% of Portland cement, 5%-10% of sulphoaluminate cement, 25%-40% of mica powder, 20%-30% of graded sand, 0.1%-1% of a water reducing agent and 0.1%-1% of an early strength agent. The cement-based waterproof coating is short in drying time, can meet the requirement of basic maintenance time ofa product after construction and maintenance for 24 hours, can enter the construction of the next procedure, and meanwhile, has relatively strong acid, alkali and salt corrosion resistance and strongbinding power.
