The invention discloses a polymer cement waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof. The polymer cement waterproof coating is prepared from a liquid material and a powder material, and the mass ratio of the liquid material to the powder material is 1: (2.5-3); the liquid material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100-125 parts of modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, 0.1-1.5 parts of an antibacterial agent, 125-150 parts of water, 1-3 parts of a thickening agent and 3-6 parts of a film-forming agent; and the powder material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 225-250 parts of Portland cement, 225-250 parts of coarse whiting, 320-340 parts of quartz sand, 1-3 parts of a high-efficiency water reducing agent, 1-2 parts of a wetting dispersant and 25-40 parts of graphene oxide. The polymer cement waterproof coating has the advantages of being good in low-temperature flexibility, high in low-temperature bridging capacity, good in acid corrosion resistance, high in antibacterial rate and capable of capturing formaldehyde and purifying air.
