The automatic slurry scraping and cleaning device has the advantages of lightness and high flexibility; slurry scraping and cleaning are conducted on the surface layer of the semi-flexible pavement before the hydration and solidification of a grouting material, and the semi-flexible pavement is grouted fully and evenly, and surface laitance is washed and removed.
