The invention discloses a post-implantation type pile head cutting and crushing device which comprises a plurality of guide columns which are evenly and vertically distributed around the circumference. The lower end of the inner side of the circumference defined by the guide columns is jointly connected with a bottom annular pipe, the bottom annular pipe is evenly connected with a plurality of bottom through pipes around the inner side of the bottom annular pipe, the other ends of the multiple bottom through pipes are connected, a connecting point is located at the ring center of the bottom annular pipe, at least one vertically-arranged longitudinal pipe is connected to the multiple bottom through pipes, a spiral pipe is further connected to the bottom annular pipe, the spiral pipe spiralsupwards along the guide columns, the outer side of the spiral pipe is fixedly connected with the guide columns, the bottom annular pipe communicates with the bottom through pipes, the bottom throughpipe is communicated with the longitudinal pipe, and the spiral pipe is communicated with the bottom annular pipe. The invention aims at providing the post-implantation type pile head cutting and crushing device, and the problems that in the prior art, procedures are complex, efficiency is low and cost is high are solved. The invention further discloses a post-implantation type pile head cutting and crushing method.
