The invention discloses an accurate basement additionally building method. A basement is located directly below a building; and the accurate basement additionally building method comprises the following steps: S1, supporting piles used for supporting the building are driven down from the floor of the building; S2, the horizontal positions of basement side walls are delimited on the periphery of the building, and split mother side walls of the basement are preset at the horizontal positions; S3, each split mother side wall is driven into the ground separately; S4, the inner circumference of thearea delineated by the split mother side walls is excavated from the ground downwards, the excavation depth is less than the embedded depth of the split mother side walls, so that a lower supportingsoil layer is left below the split mother side walls, and the lower supporting soil layer is used for butting the lower parts of the split mother side walls in the horizontal direction; S5, supportingstructures are arranged to support the upper parts of the split mother side walls, and other soil layers except the lower supporting soil layers in the delineated area of the split mother side wallsare excavated; S6, the split mother side walls are connected into a whole to form side walls of the basement; and S7, the top wall and the bottom wall of the basement are poured, and the top wall andthe bottom wall of the basement are separately connected with the split mother side walls to form the basement.
