Underpinning construction method and structure for additionally arranging multiple layers of basement steel pipe piles on existing building
The underpinning construction structure comprises an existing building force bearing column and a drilled steel pipe column, a bearing platform is poured at the bottom of the existing building force bearing column, and the drilled steel pipe column coaxial with the existing building force bearing column is arranged below the bearing platform; the bottom of the drilling steel pipe column is fixedly connected with a ground foundation, the top of the drilling steel pipe column is horizontal, a jack is installed on the top of the drilling steel pipe column, an axial force meter is installed between the jack and the bearing platform, and steel plates are arranged at the top of the drilling steel pipe column and the bottom of the bearing platform to serve as force bearing pieces. Energy consumption is low, pollution is avoided, the existing building does not need to be dismantled in the reinforcing process, and the stress condition of the steel pipe pile can be monitored in real time in the reinforcing process.
一种既有建筑增设多层地下室钢管桩托换施工方法及结构,包括既有建筑物承力柱和钻孔钢管柱,既有建筑物承力柱的底部浇筑有承台,所述承台的下方设有与既有建筑物承力柱同轴布设的钻孔钢管柱,钻孔钢管柱的底部与地面地基连接固定,所述钻孔钢管柱的顶部水平,所述钻孔钢管柱的顶部上安装有千斤顶,所述千斤顶与承台之间安装有轴力计,所述钻孔钢管柱的顶部和承台的底部均设有钢板作为承力件,本发明操作简单,能耗低、无污染,加固过程中无需拆除既有建筑物、且加固过程中可实时监测钢管桩的受力情况。
