Concrete synergist and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a concrete synergist and a preparation method thereof. The concrete synergist is prepared from the following raw materials: 0.5%-2% of CSH gel, 15%-30% of organic amine, 5%-7%of polyol, 2%-4% of calcium lignosulphonate, 0.005%-0.01% of a defoaming agent and the balance of water. Wherein the CSH gel is artificially synthesized hydrated calcium silicate gel, and the size ofthe CSH gel is 60-300nm; wherein the organic amine is one or more of diethanolamine, triisopropanolamine, diethanolisopropanolamine, N-methyldiethanolamine and tetraethylenepentamine; and the polyhydric alcohol is one or more of ethylene glycol, 1, 2-propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol. The invention also provides a preparation method of the concrete synergist. Through the synergistic effect of the components in the concrete synergist, the early and later strength of the concrete is improved, the overall comprehensive performance of the concrete is improved, the costof the concrete is saved, and the concrete synergist is simple in preparation process, low in energy consumption, non-toxic, pollution-free and easy for industrial production.
一种混凝土增效剂及其制备方法,混凝土增效剂是由下述原料制成的:CSH凝胶0.5%~2%,有机胺15%~30%,多元醇5%~7%,木质素磺酸钙2%~4%,消泡剂0.005%~0.01%,余量为水。CSH凝胶为人工合成的水化硅酸钙凝胶,尺寸为60~300nm;有机胺为二乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、二乙醇单异丙醇胺、N‑甲基二乙醇胺、四亚乙基五胺中的一种或几种;多元醇为乙二醇、1,2‑丙二醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇中的一种或几种。本发明还提供了混凝土增效剂的制备方法。本发明通过混凝土增效剂内的各组分协同作用,不仅提高了混凝土的早后期强度,还改善了混凝土的整体综合性能,节约了混凝土成本,它的制备工艺简单,能耗低,无毒、无污染,易于工业化生产。
