The invention discloses a concrete synergist which specifically comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of modified polymeric alcohol amine, 0.1-0.5 part of diethanolisopropanolamine, 0.1-0.5 part of ethylene glycol, 0.1-0.5 part of a defoaming agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of sodium nitrate and 45-93.5 parts of water. According to the invention, a synthesis technology of macromolecular chain grafted functional groups is adopted, a more stable novel macromolecular polymeric alcohol amine structure is obtained, innovation in principle is achieved, and the concrete synergist is a product prepared by mixing a polymeric alcohol amine material with other functional materials. Aiming at the characteristics of various materials of concrete and water reducing agents, the invention particularly develops a novel concrete admixture which is mainly used for enhancing the strength of concrete, enhancing the durability of the concrete and improving the workability of the concrete.The concrete synergist can stimulate the activity of cement in the concrete, so that cement particles in the concrete are more dispersed, agglomeration of the cement particles is prevented, the hydration process of the cement is further accelerated, the early strength and the later strength of the concrete are obviously improved, and the later strength of the concrete is not shrunk.
