The invention relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures, in particular to a concrete synergist and a preparation process thereof.The preparation process includes the steps that S1, raw materials are prepared, specifically, according to the formula proportion, raw materials such as a high-efficiency water reducing agent, reinforced fibers, silica fume, nanoscale calcium carbonate, an anti-permeability agent and an air entraining agent are accurately weighed, and it is ensured that the purity and quality of the raw materials meet the standard requirements; s2, uniform mixing: putting the weighed raw materials into a high-speed mixer, and fully mixing to ensure that all the components are uniformly dispersed; the device has the beneficial effects that the pre-storage barrel is additionally arranged at the position of the feeding opening in the upper end of the end cover, the pre-storage barrel is supported by the sleeving plate, the discharging mechanism is driven in a linkage mode to work in cooperation with driving of a stirring assembly in the mixing machine body, and a linkage assembly drives reciprocating pushing assemblies located on the two sides of the pre-storage barrel to move; and up-down movement of the material raking assembly is achieved in a reciprocating mode, automatic discharging of raw materials in the pre-storage barrel is achieved, and blocking at a discharging end opening of the pre-storage barrel is avoided.
